DBZwz Policies and Rules

League Description: This could grow to be the definitive Dragonball Z based league in Cbrawls. This is where martial arts, roleplay, and brawling are mixed like none other.

Language:

The japanese anime had swearing, but the North American edited versions didn't. Also, this league is still under the Cyberbrawls banner, so there will be NO swearing whatsoever, there may be kids playing. Even though their parents may curse around them, I don't want us to. So no swearing, not even edited language like *** or $%#@^$#.

OOC Posts:

You all know this is no-no. You do it and you will be sent to the Oblivion (You're going to be sent to Jobber World)but if you have a tinge of OOC in a reply... then it will be overlooked.

Jobbing/Padding

DO NOT:

i)Brawl opponent 20% above or below on Standings.

ii) Brawl the same person more than three times a day.

iii) Do not brawl an ally unless it's part of a tournament.

Note about brawling: When the records are reset at the first of the month, there will be free for all brawling with no limits on the record for three days. However, still no more than three brawls a day against opponent.

Roleplay

This is how stuff gets done. Role play fighting, sparring, training and interacting scenes. Don't no sell, don't god-mode (go around blasting everyone into the other dimension without them defneding themselves; one sided beat downs fall into "god-moding")

Be true to your character, and to other characters. (For example, like don't have Cell trying to ask Bulma out or something like that. If you want to stress something a little different, it will be allowed--like Piccolo being ultra evil--just make it believable for your character.

Otherwise, you're going to Oblivion!

Power Levels

Power levels are the most prominent part of Dragonball Z. There will be Power Levels in this fed. They will be measured by battle points (BP's) and Ki(energy).

Everyone... and I mean everyone... starts off at 500 battle points. Battle points are only used in roleplay(the most significant part of the game) and will not affect brawling.

There are several ways to increase battle points and therefore your power level:

1) Winning a title. Depending on what title you win, you power will go up. You'll recieve more power for the Dragon Title (roleplay) than the World Martial Arts Championship (brawling).

2) Roleplay: Roleplay dialogue, training, fighting (fights with enemies) and sparring (fights with friends).

Ki(Energy)

Your Ki is raised along with your battle points. Your Ki will always be 5% of your Battle Points. (e.g. Everyone starts off at 500 BP's... so your Ki is 5% of 500, or 25 Ki.)

Ki Attacks

Special Ki Attacks such as Final Flash, Kame Hame Ha, Makkankosappo (Special Beam Cannon), Masenko and others take up ten Ki points each time you use them. This means your Finishing Move in your brawler move list. Blocking these big moves takes up ten Ki points as well.

Medium Ki attacks suck as Kaio-Ken, Rapid Fire, etc. take up five Ki points each time you use them. Blocking a medium sized attack takes up five Ki points. (If you use Kaio Ken, it boosts your power temporarily by double your points. However, it cannot be used too long.)

Low Ki attacks, basically the Kikou Ha (standard energy wave), take up no Ki.

3) Dragonballs. There are two sets of Dragonballs. Earth and New Namekian. I'll explain the Dragonballs later as well.

Batttles

There are two types; Fatal and Non-Fatal. Fatal battles are to the death and are decided by Rewrites. Non-Fatal battles are decided by brawling, with possible rolling roleplay for extra points. Losing a Fatal battle will NOT send you out of the league, but to the Other World.

Other World

This is where you go if you die; you can train and fight like in the Earth World. There is also a title for the Other World, and the winner of that tournament will recieve a lesson from Shin (increased Battle Points/Power Level) and will get to return to the land of the living. The other world can be a lot of fun, and still see some awesome battles. There are no fatal fights here, obviously. One final thing about Other World: if you are there a month, then you will be sent back to the land of the living automatically.

The Other World is split into numerous Reigons:

1) King Yemma's Palace: This is first stop in the Other World.

2) Snake Way: A Long path leading to King Kai's, if you fall off, then you end up in the HFIL.

3) HFIL: Home For Infinite Losers. Basically, this is roleplay Hell.

4) Grand Kai's Palace: This is where Grand Kai lives and acts as second in command. This is also the site of the Other World Tournament.

Dragonballs

There are two sets. One on Earth, One on New Namek. It's based on Dende being Earth's guardian, so the Earth Dragon will grant 2 wishes, and the Namekian Dragon will grant 3. Wishes are pretty flexible, but as Supreme Kai, he gets to decide what is going too far. (E.g. Wishing for a trillion battle points or immortality are out of bounds.)

Earth and New Namek will be divided into numerous regions and there will be one dragonball hidden in a reigon. However, dragonballs will not be used until Shin gives the sanction, and the way to find them will be explained.

Training

There are numerous ways to train and gain more power:

1) Brawling. At the end of each month, Shin will take your number of brawling victories and award points. Each victory is worth ten battle points.

2) Roleplay. Roleplay yourself training in a Capsule with upped gravity, or training with friends, or fighting with enemies. These points will be updated weekly, usually on Saturday. Good roleplay posts are worth 50, okay ones are 25, poor ones are worth 10 and very poor are worth squat. How do you know if it's a good post? Here's the answer. If the point is clear, if it helps build a story, continues a fight, if it is about training and/or if it has substance(no one liners), then you know it's gonna be worth something.

However, when doing roleplay training, remember: don't overtrain, it could kill you. The max roleplay training posts is five a day.

3) Winning a fight/title. Winning a fight will get you points. More points for Fatal(roleplay) wins and some points for winning a brawl. There are also points for winning titles in tournaments. Once again, roleplay tournaments are worth more. Dragon Title is worth 250 battle points. World Martial Arts Tournament is worth 150 points.

4) Hyperbolic Time Chamber. That's right, Mr. Popo will have the Hyperbolic Time Chamber; it doubles the benefits of normal rp training. You can only go in twice, and you can only go in there once you have attained 10,000 battle points. A maximum of two fighters in the Time Chamber is allowed at one time. Each good flash is worth 100 battle points.

Characters

Original characters will be allowed, however each and every character has to be as follows: :

"Goku_DBZ" "Vegeta_DBZ" "Supreme Kai_DBZ"

Get it? "_DBZ" must follow your charcaters. That way it will prevent a dozen Goku's. If there are five Goku's, only one can have the "DBZ" tag. I'll see that one as legit. That is something that is non-negotiable.

No fusions; unless you're a Namek and you fuse with a unnamed Namek. (E.g. If there are two namek brawlers. One as Piccolo and a Nail...they cannot fuse. If Piccolo says that he wants to fuse with a Namek on new Namek who is not a character in the game, that is allowed. However, the namek cannot possess a power more than 10,000.)

Fusion can only take place after 15,000 points, it can happen twice, and your power level is raised by half of their power level. (e.g. You have 15,000, the namek you are fusing with has 10,000, you get your power level raised by 5,000, to 20,000. For that reason, Nameks cannot enter the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.)

If you have any questions, email Shin.

Warrior Classes/Races

Okay, there are five major races.

i) Human

Humans are inhabitants of earth, most aren't skilled at fighting, however with training they can fly and possess great energy attacks. They take little longer in summoning large amount of battle power and recovery than Saiyans and Nameks.

ii) Nameks

They are residents of Namek/New Namek. They are green, have antannae and possess good fighting skills. Most Nameks cannot advance beyond the power level they have now... however, some have shown they can.

iii) Saiyans(or saiya-jins)

A warrior race with a monkey tail, they love to fight, in fact they live for it. If you fight a Saiyan, kill it, otherwise it will gain more power as it recovers.

iv) Androids

These are articfical humans... machines. They possess strength, agilty and speed. A tough contender, but not invincible.

v) Aliens

No, not from the movie...but this includes guys like Frieza(or Furiza or Freeza depending on how you want to spell it), Pikkon and other fighters from the East, West and South Quadrants of the galaxy.

Warrior Classes:

Basically, this deals with Super Saiyans, Super Nameks, etc.

Saiyans

At 100,000 Battle Points, a Saiyan warrior becomes a Super Saiyan. The hair becomes golden spikes, and an aura begins to surround the Saiyan. The eyes become a turquoise color.

At 200,000 BP's, Super Saiyan Level 2 is available. It is characterized by bolts of electricity that streak around and through whoever reaches this level. Hair becomes more rigid, otherwise there's very little difference from SSJ.

At 300,000 BP's, Super Saiyan Level 3 is now available. This transformation alters the body somewhat; the eyebrows disappear and the Saiya-jin's hair grows thick, full, and VERY long.

At 400,000 BP's, Super Saiyan Level 4, the final stage, is up for grabs. This form renders the subject a half-ape with pink fur. The eyes become a reddish color, while the once golden spikes become black again.

The highest you can go as a Super Saiyan is level 4. Your battle points go up, but you remain at level 4. However, in this game, when you reach one million BP's, you are then a Constant Super Saiyan.

Nameks

At 100,000 Battle Points, a Namek becomes a Super Namek; while not as a strong as a Super Saiyan, a Super Namek can do incredible damage. This is the highest you can transform; but your battle points can still increase.

Humans

At 100,000 battle points, human fighters become Anjeru warriors. A white aura surrounds the figure.

From 100,000-199,999 BP's; they are known as Cherub Anjeru warriors. The hair becomes white, and the whitish aura changes into a golden one.

From 200,000-299,999; they are known as Seraphim Anjeru warriors. Their hair remains white, while their eyes turn orange. The golden aura returns to a white one.

From 300,000-399,999; they are Archanjeru warriors. The only difference from a Seraphim and an Archanjeru is that the aura disappears, but the skin becomes golden.

From 400,000 upward they are known as Archanjeru Elite warriors. They have a constant white aura around them, their eyes are bright orange and their hair(if they have hair) is white. Their skin changes color to that of glowing bronze.

Characters who Transform

From 500-99,999 you're in stage 1, you cannot change your form.

From 100,000-149,999, you're Stage 2, you can revert to stage 1 or 2 at your command.

When you reach 150,000, you become stage 3 and can assume the shape of stage 1,2,3.

At 200,000 you can do a complete transformation. Your BP's can go up, but you cannot change anymore beyond your level 4 transfomation.

If it's an original character, e-mail Shin and let him know what each stage looks like.

The Two Main Planets

Earth:

It's located in the North quadrant and is overseen directly by King Kai(who answers to Shin). It's a beautiful planet with green grass, blue water and a lot of mountains and cities. For this game, it has 18 regions.

1) Guardian's Lookout(In the sky where Dende or Kame lives; Hyperbolic time chamber found here).

2) Master Roshi's island(He lives there, and is usually visited by Puar, Oolong and others. His house has "Kame House" painted on roof)

3) Eastern Desert (This is where a battle could take place. There are few rocks, mostly sand. A dragonball could be buried there...maybe.)

4) North Polar Zone (Mountains and snow reign here, if you power level drops in a big fight, you could get frost bit...but that's nothing compared to a Kame-Hame-ha)

5) World Martial Arts Tournament Stadium (This is a huge open arena, with room for 7,000 spectators. The ring itelf is gigantic, spanning 100 feet by 100 feet, that gives fighters space to move)

6) 549 Mountain Reigon (Mountain ranges, forests and Goku's house are here)

7) Meadowland (Just outside the great woods of the 549 Mountain Reigon, this is where a battle could erupt)

8) South barrens (Not as bad as a desert, there is grass in certain spots, but there are a lot of rocks, cliffs, and mountains, another potential battle field)

9) Oceanside (This is a lovely beach area with resort hotel. Water close by)

10) Orange Star City/Satan City

11) Gingertown (A city, need I say more?)

12) South City (This is the second largest city, with ZTV based here)

13) West Capital (Metropolis)

14) North Capital (Another metropolis)

15) East Cave (Just beyond the great Eastern Desert lies a huge cave with many passages and caverns)

16) Penguin Village

17) Paozu Mountain

Namek

This interesting planet has bluish grass and green water, it has 13 reigons.

1) East Settlement (I don't know of any names for the Namek villages...so bear with me on that, the East Settlement is the smallest village)

2) Elder's Cave (The largest cave on Namek)

3) East Farm (A Namekian farm, what else to say? It has buildings, it has fertile soil, rivers are around and so are Nameks)

4) North Settlement (Another namek village, third biggest in population)

5) Guru's mountain (A high peak, with plenty of large rocks around. At the top is a house)

6) East Namek Coast (The ocean is here, so is land)

7) Guru's Island (It's in the southwest half. On the island is a small cave and a small mountain)

8) South Settlement (The largest village, the Elder lives here)

9) South Farm (The second of Namek's two largest agricultural centers)

10) West Settlement (The second largest village)

11) West Namek Coast

12) The Namekian Ocean (It's large, kind of warm and green...perfect hiding place for a dragonball...or is it?)

13) Plateau Ridge (This is a part of Namek where there are a lot of ridges and plateaus...a great place to fight.)

This site is VERY basic. It has the weekly updated points, profiles of certain fighters including their moves, and a recap of past sagas that the War Zone has seen develop.

That's all... enjoy!

DBZwz History

The Dragon Ball Z War Zone was founded by the Supreme Kai, Shin. He was once one of the top Kais in the universe, until Buu destroyed every single one of them. He was the last one remaining.

After the famous series of Dragon Ball DB/Z/GT ended, there was nowhere for anyone of them to go. There would be no Dragon Ball AF, which was highly rumored. Finally, an idea came. With an idea in his head, Shin decided to call all of the remaining Z fighters and bring them over to the DBZwz.

The rest is history. The DBZwz is already getting recognized for being one of the most brutal and growing federations in the world of Cyberbrawls.
